The Ginstitute is a gin tasting and cocktail experience tucked inside The Distillery in Notting Hill, London, a few minutes from Portobello Road and all its chaotic little antiques and hot-people-in-trenches energy.

You show up, get walked through botanicals like you are about to join a very chic cult, then you sip, taste, and generally pretend you have always known the difference between juniper and “notes of citrus.” It’s intimate, a little nerdy, and weirdly flirty, like, oh, you know what coriander does?
